Sydney producer POOLCLVB kicks off his 2020 campaign today with the release of his new single ‘Erase’.
Featuring the vocals of UK/Belgian songstress Moli, the track is a slick, bouncy piece of dance/pop, with an emotional lyrical accompaniment.
Yes, the lyrics are pretty universal; the inability to move on from a love lost.
“Moli’s lyrics connected on a level that melted me the first time I heard it, and sung from her perspective, it’s like she’s held up a mirror to my own life experience,” POOLCLVB reveals. “I thrive on that kind of collaboration.
“I love working with juxtaposition and I feel the contrast between the melancholy vocal and uptempo groove sections play nicely together, it’s been exciting to return to my club music roots.”
We’ve been told to expect more new music later this year.
