It’s another premiere here at auspOp! Today we’re thrilled to be partnering with Nick Pes to premiere his new single ‘How Many Broken Hearts’.
We’ve made no secret of our love for Sydney’s prince of pop, given how many times he’s been featured on our site previously.
In fact, it will be ten years ago next month since we first introduced him to you (HERE)!
His latest single, due for release this Friday, is another total bop.
It’s called ‘How Many Broken Hearts’. But don’t you worry… it’s a) not connected in any way with a certain Jason Donovan ditty from the ’80s and b) not one of those tracks that’s going to have you reaching for the tissues.
“This is a song about falling in love, again,” Nick reveals. “It’s about recognising the heartbreaks in the past that have led up to this moment and the lessons you’ve learned from each relationship.
“But (it’s) also allowing yourself to forget all of that and enjoying the moment when two people come together for the first time.”
‘How Many Broken Hearts’ is a joyous, uptempo ode to setting sail on new adventures and we’re thrilled to be presenting it here for the very first time.
