The Client Liaison boys are about to take us to their pop church, with a little bit of ‘Divine Intervention’.
Monte and Harvey’s highly anticipated sophomore album, the follow-up to 2016’s ‘Diplomatic Immunity’, will drop in September, giving their fans a fresh collection of Client Liaison hymns.
What’s the album about? The boys explain the concept.
“Welcome to the cult of Client Liaison. A world unto itself, inviting you inwards to question yourself and think twice.Where business is the new religion and absurdity the new norm. Where fashion is your liberator and music is the door to your salvation.
“No matter your frustrations, no matter your emotional state, come with us and witness this transcendental search.
We are your spiritual guides to a more positive and enlightened life. Working off your collective energy, positivity, and pure expression. Quenching your insatiable desire for excess and leading you to a new way of living.”
We don’t know too much of the tracklisting at this stage, other than that it will contain previously released tracks ‘The Real Thing’, ‘Champagne Affection’, ‘Intervention’, ‘The Beat Supreme’ and the new single ‘House Of Holy’ (which is released today).
Those five songs will accompany nine other new tracks on ‘Divine Intervention’, which will drop at your favourite music retailer on Friday September 10.
The band will launch the new album on a national tour, which kicks off at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on release day, September 10.
It will then swing by Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne. Dates below.
